He graduated from the Department of Mineral Resources Engineering, at the Technical University of Crete, where he followed the field of Mining Technology - Geology Research Unit (Tectonic Stratigraphy - Geology). His thesis - paper entitled "The Radon Springs of Western Crete" was presented at the 15th National Cartography Conference in Thessaloniki and had as its subject the systematic approach of springs rich in radon, on the southern slopes of the White Mountains of Crete. His role involves implementing of actions to facilitate the access and participation of specific categories of individuals in social and other daily activities of the Technical University of Crete.
