The Individual Fitness Programs aim to enhance students’ physical health and overall well-being. Personalized workout plans are designed by professional trainers, tailored to each participant’s goals, needs, and fitness level. These programs are open to all students and encourage a balanced lifestyle that integrates wellness with academic responsibilities. All students are allowed to use the institution’s indoor gym during specific hours. The gym has been fully equipped and is supervised by a trainer.
