Individual Fitness Programs

The Individual Fitness Programs aim to enhance students’ physical health and overall well-being. Personalized workout plans are designed by professional trainers, tailored to each participant’s goals, needs, and fitness level. Regular physical activity supports mental health, reduces stress, and improves focus and energy. These programs are open to all students and encourage a balanced lifestyle that integrates wellness with academic responsibilities. By participating, students develop healthy habits that contribute to long-term physical and emotional resilience.

All students are allowed to use the institution’s indoor gym during specific hours. The gym has been fully equipped and is supervised by a trainer. Other members of the Technical University of Crete (students and staff) may also access this facility, provided they submit a relevant request via the following link:
